Ingredients

  1. potatoes
  2. milk
  3. onion
  4. shredded cheese
  5. salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes, slice them into rounds, and pat them dry.

  2. 2

    Peel the onion and slice it into rounds.

  3. 3

    Layer the potato slices in a baking dish.

  4. 4

    Between each layer of potatoes, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

  5. 5

    Pour milk over the top and add more shredded cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake in the oven for at least 40 minutes.
