Soak daal for 1 or 2 hours in a mixture jar add daal green chilli ginger garlic and grind in a smooth paste

Take out in a bowl add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder rice flour or besan make pouring consistency batter by adding water as much required

Now on tava spread little oil and pour laddle full of batter and like dosa spread it round with the laddle

Roast it from both the sides applying ghee very little
- 5
Serve hot with any of chattni or curd
