Pre heat oven 180c fan

Prepare baking tray with baking sheet so they don't stick

Put flour and sugar in a bowl and mix

Cut room temperature butter in tiny pieces, and add to bowl, toss in and rub with clean hands, until they become smaller

Make a hollow in centre, break egg in. And then add milk, mix to a soft dough with wooden spoon, if dough is too dry add a tiny bit more milk.

Divide into balls, around 9-11, set apart on baking tray

Stick you finger in middle of the ball so they flatten alittle, using a teaspoon add a pea size amount of jam or maybe u may choose nutella! to each hole.

Sprinkle all with a little of granulated sugar, and cook in middle oven for 10 minutes. Checking incase a little longer needed, leave to fully cool! These last around 3 or 4 days in container.
