Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsthinly sliced potatoes
  2. 2 Tbsflour
  3. 1.5 cupsscalded milk
  4. 2/3 cupminced onions
  5. 2 Tbsbutter
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel and thinly slice potatoes layering them in a 9X13 baking dish

  2. 2

    Top with remaining ingredients and add salt & pepper to taste

  3. 3

    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
