Take a mixing bowl.Add besan,maida,chilli flakes,red chilli powder,Salt,Garam masala powder,Zeera powder,Khushk dhaniya powder in it.Add water and mix the batter well.Then coat the potatoes in batter and add potatoes in preheated oil one by one.Cook each side 3 minutes and then turn it.Then put the potatoes on tissue paper so that you can avoid access oil.And serve the crispy potatoes in serving platter

As per your query, 250gm potatoes can be served for two person within a serving and cook each side of potatoes for two minutes. Furthermore, before platting cook them for one minute over high flame so that potatoes absorb less oil.
