Mix butter and flour and salt.make sure the butter is nice and fine

Add cold water and make dough.make sure all the steps that everything stays cold.

Put dough in glad wrap and let rest in fridge for atleast 30 min.

Roll dough nice and thin and put in pan.

Bake for 5 min at 180 Celsius just for dough to keep shape before you put filling in
