Ingredients

15 - 20 pieces

2puff pastry sheets
250 gfinely chopped ham
350 gvarious cheeses that melt
2peppers, green, in cubes
2peppers, red, in cubes
2peppers, yellow, in cubes
2peppers, orange, in cubes
1little milk for brushing or one egg
very little butter

Steps

Sauté the peppers in very little butter until they are slightly tender.

Strain them and add the ham and the cheeses.

Brush a pyrex baking dish of 35x25 cm with butter and line it with one puff pastry sheet.

Add the filling and cover with the second puff pastry sheet.

Pierce the top of the pie with a toothpick all around.

Brush the top with egg or with a little milk and bake at 180°C until golden brown.

Serve in the baking dish as soon as you remove it from the oven. Bon appétit!
