One Pot Spaghetti Stir Fry

In a pot of boiling water, pour in your spaghetti sticks and parboil until about 80% done. Add a teaspoon of turmeric. Strain in a colander.

Rinse the pot, put it back on the stove. Let the water fizzle out then add your oil, tomato paste, pepper paste, chopped onions, ginger, garlic and vegetables and stir fry.

And a little soy sauce to the stir fry mix. Add your seasonings and curry then a little water. Pour the strained spaghetti in it. Stir and cover to let it cook.

Serve on a plate and garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and boiled egg.
