  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 230 gmflour
  • 100 mlcream fresh
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 2large eggs
  • 1/2 tspsalt

    Measure all ingredients. Mix butter and sugar until get smooth mixture

    Smash bananas with fork l.

    Mix eggs and vanilla. Add cream to the mixture.

    Seive flour, baking powder and salt.

    Pour mixture in mould. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree celcius.
