Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  • 1 bagnacho chips
  • 2 tablespoonsguacamole
  • 2 tablespoonssour cream
  • 5 1/3 ouncesground beef (150 grams)
  • 1/2bell pepper
  • 1/4onion
  • 2 handfulsshredded cheese
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoonsweet paprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the bell pepper and onion.

  2. 2

    When the vegetables are soft, add the ground beef, pepper, and sweet paprika.

  3. 3

    Arrange the nacho chips on a baking sheet and top with the beef mixture. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until the cheese is melted.
