This is my go-to noodle recipe in one of its many variations. Sometimes I have without meats, other times with more variants of chopped vegetables. What is always constant? Soy sauce. Pepper. And carrots at least.

Ingredients

20 minutes.
  1. 3 packsIndomie noodles
  2. Chicken breasts
  3. Shrimps
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. to tasteGround pepper
  6. Vegetable oil to fry
  7. 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  8. Spring onions
  9. 6scotch bonnets (aka rodo)
  10. Carrots
  11. 2 clovesgarlic (optional)
  12. 1small onion (optional)

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes.

    Boil noodles, drain and set aside.

    Rub salt and ground pepper on chicken breasts and fry in non-stick pan.

  3. 3

    Wash shrimps and add to chicken. Fry for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Add already chopped garlic, carrots, onions and scotch bonnets in pan and fry for a few minutes. Pour soy sauce and boiled noodles. Remember to add the packaged noodles seasoning. Stir. Sprinkle spring onions on the ready hot meal and cover for a few minutes to steam
