For filling, heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic, ginger,chilles,some springs on a high flame.

Now add cabbage and carrots as mentioned and saute them well. cabbage loses water so never put salt instantly.

In the end, add some soy sauce, salt and pepper powder. Be careful with salt as soy has some.

Switch off the flame, add remaining springs and keep them aside.

Now take a small size dough ball, flatten it and roll it with a rolling pin to a medium circle(thin).

Now place the filling in the center, you can shape the momos whatever way u like, better refer a YouTube video for shaping momos.

Heat a steamer, place your momos but be sure they don't touch other.

Let them steam for 10-12 minutes. Keep checking, once a shiny film develops on them, take them out.

Enjoy it with your style of momo chutney or Ching's schezwan chutney!!
