Ingredients

5 Minutes
3 servings
  • 2.5 cupschilled thick curd
  • 3 tablespoonshoney / 4-5 tablespoon sugar or to taste
  • 4 tablespoonsfull fat milk
  • 1.5 teaspoonCardamom Powder
  • 1generous pinch of saffron/ Optional
  • 2 Tablespoonalmond flakes for garnishing

Steps

5 Minutes

    Take the curd in a mixer jar. Add in the honey/sugar and the milk, along with the cardamom powder in it.

  2. 2

    Give everything a quick whirl in the mixer, making sure all the ingredients are well integrated with each other.

  3. 3

    Tip: For Thick Creamy Lassi take everything in a bowl and whisk with wired whisk. electric blenders (Hand Blenders) makes it more liquidy.

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture into serving glasses. Add in the almond flakes equally in both glasses, using a few slivers / rose petals for garnishing.

  5. 5

    Use a few strands of saffron in the garnishing too, if you so wish. Serve immediately.
