Ingredients

  • 2 cupspahue
  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 1/3 spoonGinger garlic paste
  • as requiredMango powder, salt and chilli powder
  • as per tasteChilli flakes
  • as requiredoil
  • 1 spoonsuji

Steps

thirty minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and smash the pahue like dough add grated potato and all the dry ingredients.

    Mix well and make small balls or heart shape (any shape you like).

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan on a high flame as oil is heated make the flame low and then coat the tikki with suji or bread crumbs then fry one by one in low flame.

  4. 4

    Till it becomes golden brown in colour and crispy serve with juice or sauce
