Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 3/4 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 9-10 cubespaneer
  • 3/4 cupbesan flour
  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 1/4 tspchaat masala
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 cup oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, chaat masala, kasuri methi and salt.

    Combine well forming a paste.

  3. 3

    Now add cubes paneer and rub gently covering masala paste to paneer. keep aside.

  4. 4

    Further, prepare besan batter by taking besan and rice flour in a mixing bowl.

  5. 5

    Also add turmeric, chilli powder, hing, chaat masala and salt.

  6. 6

    Combine all the ingredients well. Add in water and whisk smooth.

  7. 7

    Also, add a pinch of baking soda and mix gently.

  8. 8

    Dip the marinated paneer into prepared besan batter and coat it completely.

  9. 9

    Furthermore, deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown.

  10. 10

    Finally, paneer pakora is ready to serve.
