Boil meat until all the water dries. Add cooking oil, salt, garlic and onions. Fry until golden brown then add tomatoes and continue frying.

Add some water and cover to cook. Add in half choped capsicum and dania 3min before turning of the gas.

In another sufuria boil 4cups water, add in salt and cooking oil then let boil.

Add in rice, carrots and minji. Cover and let it cook.

Serve while hot.
