  • 2sausages
  • 2 slicesfresh bread
  • 1egg
  • Cheese or margarine (optional)
  • Oil
  • Salt and spices
  • Bread crumbs or cornflakes
  • Little flour and water paste

Steps

    Fry sausages

  2. 2

    Roll bread slice till flexible and trim off brown edges

  3. 3

    Place a slice of cheese or rub margarine thinly

  4. 4

    Place sausage at 1 end and thin flour glue at the opposite end and roll the bread

  5. 5

    Deep in egg, then coat with bread crumbs or cornflakes

  6. 6

    Fry
