Steps

First take both flour.add salt oil & dry yeast..& make a dough with warm water.. after 4 - 5 hour dough will be double size.

Then make chapatis..

Take a pan..put oil in it..and add all veggies, chilli garlic paste and cook for few minutes..than add boiled potatoes..add salt..and mix all ingredients well..ur tikki masala is ready.

Now make a frankie..Take chapati and you can spread green chutney, sezwan chutney, put alu tikki..put some chopped onion and cabbage...add some cheese..& make a roll..and than shallow fry in pan..veg cheese frankie is ready to eat..
