NDUMA (ARROW ROOT) BAKED FRIES😋😋🍟
Steps

Peel and slice your arrow roots. Boil for 20 minutes.

Cut into fries shape. Add all the spices. I dint give measurements. Cause you can spice less or more... Or it's optional
- 3
Oil baking tray or put aluminum foil and oil before putting your fries. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Serve with protein of choice
