Ingredients

  • 2 cupsooji
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededbuttermilk
  • 1 packeteno
  • as neededoil for greasing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl. Add semolina, buttermilk,salt and mix well.

  2. 2

    Make the batter with the help of water.

  3. 3

    Add eno and mix.Grease the idli moulds and add batter.

  4. 4

    Now keep them into the microwave for three minutes.idli's are ready.serve hot with tomato sauce.
