My loves this thalli presentation so on his birthday I surprise him by presentation thalli food at home. He love it , actually thalli food is belong to indian and gujrati and we memon our food very common with gujraatis . So in ramzan aloo tarkari and poori is very common at home . So I’m giving some twist with halwa poori adding kheer and fry seekh kabab for a ful menu. Halwa poori is very famous in Pakistan, we also eat as breakfast .so describe thalli dishes is so long so describing in parts . In part 1 sooji (semolina) halwa and poori.

Fisrt add all ingredients of halwa in a pot then on a low flame constantly stirring after 7 to 8 mins halwa leave all clarified butter and semolina leave the spoon, it means halwa is ready

Now for pooris need the dough by adding flour and salt in a bowl and knead it soft with warm water and leave it for 15 mins

Now take some amount of dough and roll it for round take some cutter and for triangular shape cut roti in 6 pieces in triangular shape now deep fry it serve it in thalli
