  • 6 tablespoonscoconut flour
  • 3 tablespoonswhole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespooncoconut milk
  • 1large egg
  • 4 sachetsstevia
  • 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1sprinkle of brown sugar
  • 1 dashvanilla
  • 1 pinchsalt

    Whisk the eggs with stevia, a pinch of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, baking powder, and vanilla until well combined.

  2. 2

    Add the coconut milk and whisk, then gradually add the flour (coconut flour and whole wheat flour) and mix well.

  3. 3

    Let the mixture rest for a bit. If the batter is a little runny, gradually add a spoonful of coconut flour. However, you can shape two donuts using the recipe mentioned. After shaping, place them on a baking tray.

  4. 4

    Place it in the oven at 180-200 degrees for a few minutes until it sets and browns, then remove it and enjoy!

Tips

Top it with peanut butter or cream cheese with a packet of stevia or a healthy, sugar-free Nutella, or anything else you like.
