Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into equal and thin slices with the help of slicer.

  2. 2

    Remove all moisture from slices with the help of cloth or tissue paper.

  3. 3

    Deep fry into oil on medium flame.put the chips on tissue paper and sprinkle salt on them.crispy potato chips are ready.
