Ingredients

  • headWhole cauliflower
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsppomegranate molasses
  • 1.5 teaspoonssmoked paprika
  • Halfa lemon, juice only
  • 0.5 teaspoonscumin seeds
  • 0.5teaspoons
  • 0.5 teaspooncayenne rainbow pepper
  • 3garlic cloces
  • 2 teaspoonstomato puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all of the ingredients together and rub all over the cauliflower, you can do this up to 24 hours in advance.

  2. 2

    Fire up your BBQ with a load of charcoal. We used ProQ Smoker to cook it for 2h.
