Ingredients

3 people

1 cupcooked rice
2 tbspcurd
1/2 cupOnion chopped
1/2 cupCoriander leaves
As required Oil for frying
As per taste Routine spices
1/2 bowlflour (besan)

Steps

Mix rice, curd, onion, coriander and salt altogether. Mash it well until well combined.

Heat oil in a pan, add rice fritters and deep fry it.

Fry it well and fritters are ready to eat.

Enjoy with chutney or sauce.
