  • Leftover spaghetti and fried plantain
  • Leftover pancakes with minced meat fillings
  • Onions
  • Green and red pepper
  • 1scotch bonnet
  • Seasoning and spices
  • Oil
  • Tomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put 3 table spoon of oil on pan and stir fry the onions and peppers

    After a while put in the seasoning, spices and tomatoe paste

    Chop your plantain and pancakes and add up your leftovers, mix and leave to simmer for 2 minutes then serve
