. Then make a slurry of maida, cornflour, water, salt, red chilli powder, peri peri powder, make runny slurry.

Then heat up the oil and put the skewers in the oil and fry until golden brown.

Drain out and sprinkle spices if required.

Enjoy with sauce or chutney.
