  • 1/4 kgcassava
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper

  1. 1

    Peel the cassava, wash and cut them into desired shapes.

  2. 2

    Boil them for a few minutes in salt. Put them on a kitchen towel for the water to drain. Sprinkle some black pepper then fry.
