Ingredients

  • 1ripe Avocado
  • 1chicken sausage
  • 1boiled egg
  • I sliced tomatoe
  • Broccoli
  • Kale
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the tomatoes, broccoli and kale after washing in vinegar water.

  2. 2

    Steam in a pan for 2 minutes while stirring with a table spoon of olive oil and a pinch of spices.

  3. 3

    Slice your avocado, already boiled egg and already fried sausage and add to the mix. Voila you have your Avocado salad. Serve with a cup of smoothie goodness...Yum!
