Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2 tbspghee
  4. 1/2 cupfresh curd
  5. PinchEno powder
  6. 1/2 tablespoon spooncooking soda
  7. 3-4elachi( cardamom)
  8. As neededWater to dissolve sugar
  9. as neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take maida flour, add cooking soda, Eno powder into it. Add ghee and mix it.

    Add curd and make it into a rough dough. Rest it for 25 1 20 minutes.

    Take a pan, keep on the stove. Add sugar, add water until it dissolve. Add elachi powder into it. Heat until sugar syrup becomes thick.

    Make the dough into a baadusha shape.

    Fry it in a oil in a medium flame.

    Fry it until golden brown.

    Dip into the sugar syrup. Turn other side. Once the sugar coating is completed take it into a plate and serve.
