Take maida flour, add cooking soda, Eno powder into it. Add ghee and mix it.

Add curd and make it into a rough dough. Rest it for 25 1 20 minutes.

Take a pan, keep on the stove. Add sugar, add water until it dissolve. Add elachi powder into it. Heat until sugar syrup becomes thick.

Make the dough into a baadusha shape.

Fry it in a oil in a medium flame.

Fry it until golden brown.

Dip into the sugar syrup. Turn other side. Once the sugar coating is completed take it into a plate and serve.
