1 bowlsuji
2onion finely chopped
2tomato finely chopped
3green chilli finely chopped
leavessome coriander
1small glass lassi
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
as neededGhee
1pouch Eno

Firstly, take a big bowl add all ingredients except eno mix it well.

Keep side for 10 mins.

After that take an appe standing grease it with ghee.

Now put on low flame fill the appe stand with suji paste.

Cook it well.

Serve with sauce.
