Rice aata instant dosa

We always talk like let's dine out for breakfast, lunch or dinner to make a change from our daily menu. It has become boring !! Uh! but can we not do it in another way like let's try some food that tastes awesome and better than restaurants. So, here is Chawal chhilka!
This is a kind of neer dosa that is made with rice flour having thin watery consistency. This is again a very popular dish in South India especially Uddupi.
There are different methods to make this recipe but I am sharing the one I find simplest.
It is very easy and can be cooked instantly as no fermentation is required. It tastes awesome when served in combination with coconut chutney, aloo masala and sambhar.
Here, I am sharing recipe for aloo masala also.
