2potatoes boiled
1onion finely chopped
3green chillies finely chopped
2 tspRed chutney
3 Tsppudina(mint) chutney
1 tbspcurd
1 bowlpaneer cubes
as neededGhee
to tasteSalt
to tastered chilli powder
1 tspaamchur(dry mango powder)
1 tspAjwain/carom seeds

Take a bowl add mashed potatoes add all spices mix it well.

Now take a shape of tikki and fry it.

Now take a serving plate add tikki apply green chutney,red chutney,onion,curd and all masala.

Garnish with green chillies.

Ready to serve.
