Steps

Take a pan add sugar,crushed cardamom and water,mix it and make a sticky sugar syrup.

Now heat a pan and pour 1 tsp of clarified butter and put bread.

Then shallow fry it from both sides on low flame till it becomes crispy and nice golden brown.

Dip the fried bread in sugar syrup for 10 seconds and take it out immediately.

Garnish with grated coconut and it's ready to serve.....enjoy....its sooo yummy....my son loves it.
