Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil fry onion in it.

Now fry paneer in same oil.

Now fry cashew nuts in rest oil.

In a mixture jar put all the spices, ginger garlic, melon seeds grind it nicely.

Heat a pan with rest oil add the masala.

Saute it for 2mins now add chopped green Bell pepper and cabbage now add salt and mix it up.

Mix it nicely for 2 mins now add steam Rice add half fried onions paneer and cashew nuts now add orange colour and mix it. Cover it for 1 min.

Put it in the casserole and put the rest fried onions paneer and cashew nuts.
