Cut chicken into cubes pieces to marinate with the following

Take a bowl add chicken then add ginger paste ' soya sauce chilli sauce sirka black pepper White pepper salt red chilli flacks tikka boti masla and curd mix everything very well in chicken and marinate for 30 to 45 minutes

Take 3 bowl one for egg one for bread crumbs and last one for all purpose flour (maida)

After marination take a one piece of chicken add in egg then maida and then coating into breadcrumbs and then deep fry for 5 to 7 minutes serve with ketchup
