Take flour and add salt and carom seeds

Make a tight dough with water and rest for 30 minutes

Flatten the dough with rolling pin and cut into circles.

Poke with fork to avoid air trapping into papri

Heat oil and fry circles on very low flame till golden brown from both sides

Take out on napkin and serve with chaat. Can be stored in air tight container for long time
