Ingredients

4 koki's
  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 1Small onion fined chopped
  3. 1small potato fined chopped
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 2 tspcoriander leaves
  6. 1green chilli fined chopped
  7. 4-6 tsp oil for making dough
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. As neededGhee
  10. As neededWater for making dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except ghee and water. Mix properly then add water and make tight dough.

    Make a chapati then cook both on tawa with ghee. Ready to eat HEALTY & DELICIOUS KOKKI. Serve with Curd.
