Make small pieces of pineapple thn blend it and make pineapple puree..again take a bowl and add fresh cream in it beat the fresh cream until it becomes smooth and fluffy..

Thn mix 2 cups of puree in it and mix it..

Take ur serving cup add the remaining puree 1tbsp in each cup..

Thn add the mixture of puree and fresh cream on the pineapple puree.

Add small pieces of pineapple for garnishing if u want to add cherry thn u may add cherry it's ur choice..

And now ur tasty and yummy pineapple mousse is ready
