Quick and simple egg curry recipe, a perfect recipe for your everyday dinner served with rice or paratha.

First boil the eggs, once done let it cool down. Remove the outer shell of the eggs and fry till golden.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan or kadai add onion, ginger, garlic paste saute for a few minutes until raw smell goes away.

Add turmeric powder,garam masala,red chilli powder, Coriander powder mix well.

Now add tomato puree salt and eggs. Simmer the egg curry covered for 10-15 minutes until egg coated well.

Serve with rice or chapati.
