Heat a pressure cooker.

Add one cup salt in it and spread it evenly to cover the base.

Place a lid on it and pre-heat the cooker for ten minutes on medium flame.

Take oreo biscuits and remove the cream.

Add these biscuits in a mixer jar along with powder sugar.

Grind it to a fine powder and transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Add milk little by little and mix well until the batter has to be smooth.

Add baking powder in it. Mix well.

Now grease the baking tin with oil or butter and line up with parchment paper. If u have no parchment paper u can dust it with refined flour.

Pour this mixture into the baking tin. Tap it.

Open the lid and place a stand in cooker.

Now place the tin on top of stand.

Close the cooker lid without gasket and whistle.

Bake for 30 minutes on medium flame.

When done check inserted toothpic or knife in the cake. If it comes out clean the cake is ready. Garnish with cream and gems.
