Steps

Cut potaoes in thick slices and boil them till half cooked. Strain them and dry on a towel. In it add corn flour and salt. You can add chilli flakes or herbs at this stage as well. Coat them nicely and fry till golden brown.

In a pan add 1 spoon of oil. Saute ginger, garlic, and green onions in it for a minute then add chopped capsicum. Cook for a few seconds then add sauces, chilli flakes and honey in it. Add half a cup water to it.

Add fried potato fingers and cook for only a minute and honey chilli potatoes are ready. Enjoy.
