Steps

Cut,peel and wash the yam, put the yam into a pot, add salt and water to cover up the yam, cook until soft engouh.

Wash pepper and blend till smooth, grate onions and soften the seasoning cubes

Mash the yam, add blended pepper, grated onions, seasoning, salt, spices, cut boiled egg, sardine mix everything together and form medium size balls until you are done with the whole mixture

Set Oil on fire, break eggs in a container, dip the yam balls in egg and fry in the hot oil until golden brown, serve with some sauce or ketchup
