I love to cook chinese recipes one day i go for shopping meanwhile i m very hungry so i want to eat something tasty and very delicious i show indo Chinese restaurant (Wok on fire),i go then i order veg manchurian .I love this tasty delicious manchurian after some days i try manchurian recipe and what a miracle?!! Grated cabbage and carrot. Then Strain all water because cabbage have lots of water part so this strain process is very important.

Add strain carrot & cabbage,Spring onion,black pepper, salt,green chilli sauce, soya sauce, ginger garlic greenchilli paste. Add 2 spoon maida and 2 spoon cornstarch mix well without water. Dough is ready.

Very hot oil and deep fry manchurian balls.

Take on pan add some oil then add Finely chopped(onion, spring onion, capsicum,garlic) all vegetables finely cooked then add little bit of water then add sauce(soya,green & red chilli,tomato ketchup) black paper, salt and 5 min cook together. [If you want gray then add some more water with 1 spoon cornstarch.]

Manchurian is ready you serve this manchurian in 2 ways Dry and Gray.Here i make dry manchurian garnish with red and yellow bell peppers.
