15 to 20 minute

5 to 6 servings

4Boiled potatoes
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspLal mirch
1/4 tspBlack pepper
Payaz half chopped
Green chills 2 chopped
1/4 tspHaldi
3 tbspBread crumbs
1/4 tspGaram Masala
tspChat masala1/2
1Egg
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
Bread crumbs
Mozerella and cheddar cheese grated 1/4 cup and 1/4 cup
1/3 cupOil
Potato and cheese cutlets #cookwithuma

15 to 20 minute

Add all spices,vegetables and 3 tbsp bread crumbs and cheese and mix it

Add salt and black pepper in the egg and beat it

And then make the cutlets

And then coat the cutlets in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs

And then heat the medium hot oil and fry until it become golden brown
