Ingredients

  • Yam 🍠
  • Scotch Bonnet
  • Onion
  • 2 eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook your yam to become vry soft, mash it, blend your onion and Scotch Bonnet add into your mashed yam add salt, and your favourite spices add some boneless fish (optional) mix everything together and make it ball shape medium size. Then deep into your egg and fry continue this way until finishes.

    Serve with ketchup or any favourite sauce,
