Ingredients

15 to 20 minute
1 to 2 servings
  • 3 tbspButter
  • 2 tbspMaida
  • 2 cupMilk
  • 1/2 cupMozerella cheese
  • 1/4 cupCheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • Ginger and garlic powder 1/4 & 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tspChilli flakes
  • 2 cupPasta
  • Shimla mirch half chopped

Steps

15 to 20 minute
  1. 1

    Melt the butter on low flame and then add flour in it and mix it and then and milk in it and mix it continuously when sauce become thick

  2. 2

    Add salt and black pepper in it and mix it and then add mozerella cheese and cheddar cheese in it and mix it and then add shimla mirch in it.

  3. 3

    And then add pasta in it

  4. 4

    Your white sauce pasta is ready for serving. And then garnish it with chilli flakes.
