Ingredients

1/2 hour
4 to 5 servings
  • 1& 1/2 cup Maida
  • Pani (as you required)
  • 4 tbspGhee
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 kgChicken mince
  • 5 tbspOil
  • 1 tspGinger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspLal mirch
  • 1/4 tspHaldi
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1/4 tspZeera powder
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • Payaz half chopped
  • Green chills 2 (paste)
  • 1/4 tspGaram Masala
  • 2 tbspCoriander
  • Green chutney (as you required)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee and salt in maida and knead a hard dough with water. And then leave it for 1/2 hour.

  2. 2

    And then add 5 tbsp oil in pan and then add ginger and garlic paste and fry it and then add payaz and fry until it become soft.and add qeema in it and cook until it colour become and then add all spices and and vinegar and green chills and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.

  3. 3

    And at last add Coriander in it and mix it and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

    And then take a dough and make a small ball and flat it and then apply green chutney on it and then fill the kachori with filling and then close it.

  5. 5

    And then heat the medium hot oil and fry until it become golden.

  6. 6

    Your mazedar kachori is ready for serving on Iftar
