Take a pan add 1 tsp oil

Add cumin seeds

After that add onion and saute it

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well

Add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix it

Now take a small ball from the dough and roll it with rolling pin

Now cut it from centre and make the keep

And fill the potatoes mixture into the keep and seel it

Heat the oil and fry it at the slow flame. Serve
