Mix ingredients in a bowl.

Compress a small handful of mixture in your palms to form a ball.

Pop into the oven at 180C for 10 minutes until the coconut begins to toast on the outside and turn slightly golden. Check frequently as coconut can burn quickly.

Allow to cool fully before eating. Enjoy!
